Default Pyrit WPA Auditing Nvidia CUDA vs Ati Cal++

I was reading on the pyrit forums about how an Ati HD5850 can run through ~45000 Pairwise Master Keys using Cal++ while my Nvidia GTX 480 (which I am led to believe is a much more powerful card) can get maybe ~27000 PMK's with CUDA. It is very dissapointing to buy 3 of these cards for Linux gaming/security auditing and find out a much cheaper card can go much faster at a reduced cost and power usage. I was just wondering if Nvidia had any plans to address CUDA in linux or maybe add support for Cal++ to make it a more competitive product in the security auditing sector. Thanks

I haven't observed any performance issues in CUDA on Linux - it was practically identical to CUDA on Windows - and we used it extensively in compute work.

A huge part of the performance contract lies on the side of the application developer. I'd look there first.
