Hi Aaron,
Xserver ABI version is frozen in Ubuntu 11.04 (final version released) with X.org version 1.10.1. Please build the driver series 96.xx.xx.
Thanks!

Any news from the 96-series legacy drivers? My poor TC1100 won't work with ubuntu 11.04 without it...

Hi AaronP!
I recently installed Ubuntu 11.04 (with XOrg 1.10) with a GeForce 4 MX 440, and when i try to install the latest drivers 96.43.19 i got a dependency conflict with "xorg-video-abi-8.0". if this problem is about XOrg 1.10, please release an update soon. Thanks!

Yes. Please build a 96.xx.xx driver for for XOrg 1.10.1. Debian has made the change too and I'm no longer able to boot into X.

Any news for the 96.xx series driver. Looks like the only option left is to upgrade the hardware since 96.xx series is (understandably) lower in the priority list.
