Wow after Q3 2011 here will be only 4 hard drive manufacturers left with Western Digital, Seagate, Samsung and Toshiba.

NO!!, not WD
Hitachi latelly been making better hard drives then WD. Hitachi and Samsung are the only two decent HDD makers left. Seagate is getting worse and worse with their LP drives, WD has the black series, but they are neglecting their good Blue series, and green series has issues. |

Lame. I've been outfitting all the machine's I've been building for other people with Hitachi 500gb/1TB drives lately. Hope they aren't screwed over for warranties and the like...
