Hey guys how are we doing these days? I have been playing a lot of Call of Duty - Black Ops lately and have been experiencing some issues with the 266.58. For one I get very random hangs where my GPU's will go to zero usage. The other is my screen will go blank because the driver has crashed. Thankfully it will recover it's self and the game will return in full operation. I average about 120 fps. I have been having many discussions with EVGA support and they have in return said everything is fine with my video cards. Any ideas on how I could improve my situation?

Have you tried using different drivers?
266.77: http://downloads.guru3d.com/Forcewar...load-2679.html 267.24: http://www.nvidia.com/object/win7-wi...ta-driver.html 267.31(same drivers as 267.24 but with multi-monitor bug fix): http://www.nvidia.com/object/win7-wi...ta-driver.html |

I'll try out the 267.31 and see what we get. Thanks!
Side note - response time here is amazing compared to Nvidia's forum site. |

If I knew how to mod an inf file I'd help you on that.
Or, buddeh of mine, if you continue to have difficulty I could stop by your house and help you work on it. ![]()

When you extract the drivers, just drop this in the Display.Driver folder (\NVIDIA\DisplayDriver\267.31\Vista 64-bit\International\Display.Driver) and replace the one currently there. Then just run them as usual and they should work. |
