Default Hard Freeze under massive GPU usage (ION)

I'm using Ubuntu 10.10 on EeePC 1201n. It used to be freeze randomly, but after disabling the MSI the situation is improved a lot, however, hard lockups are still occur.
I noticed that the system is locking up when the GPU is under massive usage. This happens when playing with some games, and also when I running (fluidsGL) CUDA examples (planning to learn CUDA programming)
I also noticed the FPS significantly drops down just before the freeze.

The freeze is hard lockup, the system is absolutely unresponsive, even the Magic SysRq keys are useless. I tried to unload the Atheros driver (atl1c), and the wireless driver (r8192se_pci), but nothing helped. I have tried the methods are mentioned in the sticky "Stability problems" topic, but none of them are works. Memory seems to be perfect, the logs are empty, and I ran out of ideas.

I only have this small laptop, with an LG monitor (connected via HDMI) so I unable to set up the famous netconsole.

Any help will be highly appreciate.
