Default Which of older games to replay?

hi guys! I am recently reinstalling some older games like I did with Doom3 which looks and works great(with and without mods)

The point is that now I can enjoy these games 60fps vsynced and maxed out/modded

Right now I am thinking about
Far Cry
Unreal 2 -I never finished it. It was bashed when it came out but I looked at the video and it looks nice even now
maybe Black and White1 or 2

Anything worth of checking and not being dissapointed by nostalgic feeling?

I was thinking about playing Far Cry too. Such an awesome game. I think its the best example of sandbox single player I've ever played. Having to use binoculars to set out your path and stealth around was great. Artwork and humor added to the experience as well

I reinstalled Quake 3 Arena today for fun. I've thought about getting a Steam copy of FarCry 1 and playing it again, remembering how I somehow got through the game with low framerates on my 5200FX lol.

Whoa! I played it on an FX5950U and thought that was pretty miserable.

ohhh man .... Grey. Me too. I was trying to get into Far Cry 2 like 5 times and I cant. This is how bad it is.

But Far Cry 1! This is the one I am going to replay... Tho I cant decide if I should play with 64bit patch/mods or vanilla (just patched to newest version)
But this goes after Doom3 which I am playing now. Then I will maybe get into Unreal 2.

Woooo its crazy! I might actually finally get good framerates in Far Cry 1 after all those years (just like doom3)

FastRedPonyCar - Giants was awesome and a power hog too. But I remember it for its humor. I didnt liked gameplay that much

This thread just made me purchase FC1 from Steam. What mods do you guys recommend? High-res texture packs? Does anyone still my MP for FC1 anymore? I loved MP in this game.
