Everything looks good so far if you do not plan on cooling your CPU other than the res you picked. The one you have on your list is Rev 1 which is know to have some leaking problems and isn't as good as Rev 2: http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/swreformcpur.html

Also the water block you chose is out of stock, but available from other venders. You may also want to consider other water block options for the GTX480.

Understand it? First I think I am going to put my H50 uptop where that one fan it, the Rad I want to mount it maybe on back have one hose coming in going into gpu water block the other hose coming out of the bottom of the second block back into rad right? what do you use to connect sli water bridges together? going to be fans on rad in push pull

You do not need hose clamps for compression fittings.

For distilled water just go to walmart or whatever and get yourself a gallon for $1 or less. No point in wasting money imo.
