Your tubing is 3/8in ID and 5/8in OD. The fittings you are getting do not match. The ones you need are below.

5/8in OD for the holes will easily fit through the 3/4in max of your case.

Also if you want to get angled fittings for the video cards there are the ones you need. The only difference is color and $1.

Just looked through everything. Only thing I notice is that you have only 2 90 degree fittings. I am assuming you will be getting the SLI fitting set from DD then.

Also do you already have the 120mm fans you will need?

I have fans yes and will be getting sli fitting from DD its an option I can choose when buying block

Make sure to choose the Cross SLI fitting package, but do get them with the block you save $1.
