I figure by the time I build my next rig (year or so) there will be some nice blocks to choose from and possibly lower prices on the hardware.

I think I'd go with water for that.

Have to see what Arctic Cooling does with this too. They released possibly the best after market air cooler the 4xx/5xx series has seen yet. A 590 cooler from them would likely rock as well.
