Default Need For Speed: The Run

http://www.dasreviews.com/das-game-n...e-run-revealed

Quote:
Need For Speed fans, get ready for the latest installment of this legendary series. Need For Speed: The Run is being developed by EA Black Box and revolves around a guy named Jack. Jack is reportedly racing to ‘get his life back’. The game is scheduled for release in November 18th for PC, PS3 and X360. Get ready for some illegal races.

Jack will race across the country. The only way to get your life back is to be the first from San Francisco to New York. There are no speed limits, no rules, no allies. All you have are your driving skills and sheer determination as you battle hundreds of the world’s most notorious drivers on the country’s most dangerous roads.

Hot Pursuit was done by Criterion though.

These guys did:
  • Need for Speed: Underground 2
  • Need for Speed: Most Wanted
  • Need for Speed: Carbon
  • Need for Speed: ProStreet
  • Need for Speed: Undercover
  • Need for Speed: World

There's only one good game on that list.

Yeah Hot Pursuit wasn't bad at all apart from the easy handling. It's so easy to drift around a corner it's almost preset.

Criterion did a good job though and one of the best NFS in a long while.

It's still too early to say the game is good or bad... Frostbite 2.0 being there doesn't assure a s**t if the gameplay or the 'story' isn't on par with the visuals so... let's see in 6 months.
