There are two issues here.
1. The onboard card not working. The log shows initialization of this GPU failed. Here is excerpts from the log:- [ 236.922550] vmap allocation for size 16781312 failed: use vmalloc=<size> to increase size. [ 236.924674] NVRM: RmInitAdapter failed! (0x23:0xffffffff:652) [ 236.924689] NVRM: rm_init_adapter(0) failed To fix this, the ways are :- a. Do as the message says i.e. increase vmalloc size. The README contains more details about it. b. Move to a 64-bit OS. This exhaustion issues are much less likely in a 64-bit OS as compared to a 32-bit one. 2. X failing to start when one of the GPUs fails initialization. Internally NVIDIA filed Bug 740018 to track this issue. |
