Question Xorg hangs after 270.30 -> 270.41.06 with the old kernel with the RT patch

After upgrading the nvidia driver 270.30 -> 270.41.06 (I am using Arch Linux, packages: nvidia-beta-all, nvidia-utils-beta), Xorg hangs after switching to its virtual terminal, I see a black screen and a white text-mode cursor. After that even Ctrl+Alt+F* does not work. The last lines in Xorg's log are:
Quote:
[ 40.933] (II) NVIDIA(GPU-0): Display (Samsung SyncMaster (CRT-0)) does not support NVIDIA
[ 40.933] (II) NVIDIA(GPU-0): 3D Vision stereo.
Changing back to 270.30 makes Xorg working. The nvidia driver version 270.41.06 works with the kernel 2.6.38 .

My kernel is 2.6.33.9 (package: kernel26-rt-ice). The kernel is so old because the RT patch version 31 applies only to old kernels.

Attached log is collected while Xorg was hanging. Xorg was started with:
Quote:
xinit ~/.xinitrc-gnome -- -nolisten tcp -logverbose 6
"~/.xinitrc-gnome" is:
Quote:
#!/bin/sh
exec ck-launch-session gnome-session
