While it is sad, those guys do sound really intelligent, and by far the most intelligent-sounding game developers except for maybe the folks who made HL, so maybe they will create a cool new experience... I actually REALLY enjoyed the online aspect of STALKER SoC, so they do know how to pull some decent level of online shooter.

I loved the original Stalker. It felt like you were really there, loved the sandbox style. I could just walk out somewhere and it would slowly get cloudy and I hear the wind. Very cool game.

They do sound like a great team but ffs why a MMO? Ugg. Multiplayer is not what Stalker was about in any shape or form.

Whoa!

Look, I realise Bethesda gets flak for releasing buggy games- but they're immensely enjoyable regardless.

I really did enjoy the first STALKER, haven't really been able to get into the following games. Maybe Bethesda could breath some new life into the series.

loved the Stalker games, the first one made me really nervous about going to Chernobyl in 2008. lol. The detail they had as it is in real life is impressive

its a shame there wont be another stalker, i look forward to the next game they make though
