don't want to go through a 4 step process to open a simple box...I'll stick with BF3, but good luck though!

Nice, but what will make or break this game will be the way the character plays, in Arma 1 & 2 everthing to do with moving around felt so clunky, animations etc were too wooden, if you have made Arma 3 more fluid in it's character movement & the player can connect with his soldier you will have cracked it, if it's the same as Arma 2 you may as well flush this one too.
Dont get me wrong i love the concept & want/wanted Arma/Arma 2/3 to be succesful but i just cant "connect" with the character because it's like playing with an armed pinochio.

Looks like they're up to Crysis visual quality now. Hope the game isn't stolid like the first 2.

interesting, this has my attention now. i just hope it runs better and doesnt need huge ammounts of vram. and doesn't feel clunky like was said above. looking good sofar. but if it's a full blown sim i'm out, just not any fun for me, i'm to casual.

game has my attention on visuals alone. A couple of my coworkers play Arma II and love it so I may have to give this a shot when it comes out.
Dwarden, any plans on adding sunrays coming down from the surface of the water while you're under the water?

WTF? guns don't fire/bullets don't travel like that under water. they stop moving after about 2 or 3 feet.
If you're going to be shooting at people underwater make it with a spear gun or something.
