I believe that you are informed about the latest developments in the SCO claims thet the linux kernel contains infringed IP.
SCO is on a campaign to ask from every business license fee to use the binary version of the kernel. Can you please tell whether SCO has contacted NVIDIA? Has NVIDIA agreed to their demands? If you are contacted by them would you pay them? Ioannis

Don't listen to them, or at least wait until they win in court.
They are p*ssed that Linux is very popular and their own Unix isn't, and now they thought of some sort of revenge. But until it is proven what they claim, there is little reason to pay them. |
