Any good lcd monitor review sites?

I am really looking into upgrading my monitor to a 24ish inch but I can't afford much. I am always keeping an eye on our front page but every time I throw model numbers into google to look for reviews I dont find any, only tech specs and price watch sites.

yea some prad reviews are pay for some reason. but i can access most of them?

they are a really great review site

PRAD (at least in German) has stated that the reviews will be for free again. The paid access was to get early access to tests but they have revised that strategy and hopefully keep it.
