Hello.
My problem is in random xserver freeze. Unfortunately, no exact steps to reproduce the problem. This usually occurs during the resizing of windows, switching to full screen video or other active graphics operations. I tried to use a different driver versions: 256.53, 260.19.12, 260.19.21, and 260.19.36 260.19.44. Also different kernels: 2.6.31, 2.6.32, 2.6.38 My current software configuration: Quote:

can you read http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=46678 and generate a good report with the debug ( -logverbose 6 ) info as instructed after the issue appears ?
tried any newer drivers like 270.xx ? if you have any Logitech USB devices can you unplug/replace them and test for a while ? |

I have had this problem too for a while:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+s...rs/+bug/733374 I just switched out my Logitech USB keyboard for a DELL PS/2 one. I will try that out for a while before I try the asus_atk0110 black list. |
