Default Change screen setup in terminal

I have an NVIDIA graphics card and use the proprietary Nvidia driver for Linux (Fedora 13).

Usually when I connect another monitor/screen - I change the setup through the nvidia-settings GUI. However, I find this a little bit cumbersome, and would like to do it with a simple click on a button or something like that.

Hence:
Can I somehow change my screen configuration from the shell terminal (and put it in a bash script) ?

Best regards,
Kenneth

Search for "disper". It's a cli utility for exactly what you want.

Thanks Gusar.

Disper appears very promising.
