Question ULTIMATE Memory Reading Program?

I have three programs that list mainboard and all components installed. Only one of these is reading my memory at the correct speed. CPU-z, PCWizard 2010 and Sandra. Only the last one is posting my memory at the correct speed, or is it? Trying to find a good program that will tell which is true. In bios it also posts correctly.
