Which one of the two is the best? I don't care about the price of the mobo or the memory, and also, who makes the best motherboards based on this chipset?

I can comment on the difference between the two (and I'm too lazy/tired to look ) but as for the best mainboard manufacturer of SiS chipsets, I'd say MSI, ECS, and Gigabyte.
