nVidia users could disable the post msaa and enable SSAA (or at least TSSSAA) if possible. Then the game will probably look superb.

Everything seems very playable in Ultra mode. Also it's cool how you retain all suit and gun mods when you start a new SP game : : |

Just tried it. Dont see any diff with the DX11 on. Maybe my system can handle it well on ultra... But i think there is some nicer textures with the high res texture pack. I havent been playing this game lately so im not the most reliable source.

I installed the patch/hi-res pack last night. How do I check to see if SLI is enabled? What settings should I use in nV Inspector? I seriously don't want to have anything under 30 fps when playing this game.

Cant you just turn on the sli bar graph thing? In conjunction with evga precision to see if both gpu's are being used, that should tell you if sli is working correctly m8.

Finally got it running properly with the patch/packs.
Even with the dx11 patch/textures it's underwhelming at times and the console textures remain. Still the performance is ok even with evertything maxed. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

yay on the map editor.
screen shots still just don't really impress me the way BF3 does... maybe it's the art and graphics design of crytek and not the engine's fault but to me, the new frostbite engine just looks so much better...

Reminds me of UT3 that looked really nice sometimes but absolutely awful aswell, with flat lowres textures and a very limited colorpalette.
