Freaking lame. There should be a huge slo-mo of the crash, kinda' like an instant replay. There should be huge explosions, helicopters flying with M60s blazing- and Chuck Norris flying through the air to kick some bad guy.

No problems buying for me either, but I am still not liking one of the "features" of steam, where if you play a steam game, all your background downloads just stop or slow down to almost nothing. I have been playing SpaceChem for a couple of hours (great game BTW) and the download of Hamilton's Great adventure just stopped while I was playing. I understand their want to save bandwidth but it sucks that you can't play any of your bought steam games while you wait for a download to finish even if it's a small puzzle or casual game or your download time increases significantly.

Looks great. Must take a very powerful PC to run that. How many FPS are you getting?

Don't even think about it. Your rig is too inferior.

I average 60FPS solid. Everything maxed, 16xAA.

Graphics aren't actually that great. (Enthusiast wise) They're not terrible but i suppose graphics could always be better. One thing they do is they only load certain parts of the track at a time. It shows on the HUD. It will only load the first few miles behind and in front of you. You can't notice at all unless you look on the track sensor HUD. It shows which part is loaded for you. Kind of a neat feature. Enables them to load more into a smaller space and just continually load as you drive.
