@Xhondal: Improvements to performance in the use case you identified (blender with the scene file you provided) have been made, but they won't appear until the next driver series after 290. Some further improvements will be necessary before performance under this use case can be fully restored to the previous level in the 260 drivers.
@RenderTevs: without further information we can't determine to what extent the issue you're experiencing is related to the one that Xhondal reported, if it is related at all. |

Fantastic work, devs!
OpenGL performances in the 295.x series are completely restored and, if possible, those drivers are even faster than before. Thank you so much ![]() |

My copy of UT2k4 still stutters with latest 295.17 in linux if weapon is visible. The windows version of openGL did that too, but it is kinda better now with latest drivers.
