Default Re: 560 can't do physx?

Rolled back the driver to 270.61 and after an hour watching hulu, not static lines. So driver was the problem there. But BF2145 still doesn't run, not even after reinstalling it. It hasn't worked since I was using on board graphics and a crt monitor. So I don't know if it has a problem with the card or the 16:9 monitor. No way to change game settings withing starting the game that I can tell.

I'm glad you got it sorted, couple days ago i experienced the black lines as well, i had firefox with a bunch of tabs running some youtube vids on the active one, google chrome with a few tabs and yahoo messanger when the screen turned for a brief moment, after that i saw lines in the youtube vid just like you described with Hulu but also in the drawing of some of the active windows i had up.

It was gone after a cold reboot and i've not seen it again since so I'm hoping the new drivers is released soon.

Default Re: 560 can't do physx?

Found the config file and manually changed it to the native mode for this monitor and BF now runs. Rolling the drivers back to 270.61 fixed the static lines in hulu playback. But FluidMark still crashes after just a few seconds of run. I get the popup that the driver had stopped but recovered. I also get a popup box pointing to http://www.nvidia.com/page/support.html with "error code 4". But trying to do a search at that page for that error seem to come up with a lot of random stuff. Looking in the folder I did find one log that might have something. It doesn't make this log every time so it took a few runs to see it:

Code:
memory_failure_log.txt
GpuHeapMalloc failure of shapeImpulseOrNormalArray in file 'd:\sw\physx\physxsdk\2.8.4\trunk\lowlevel\gpu\common\include\PxgFluidParticleCollisionData.h' in line 119.
This log was also created for that run:
