Yea I'd bet it can't find the right driver and isn't booting. TV's don't play well with the low resolution of the bios screen, so you might not be able to get into the bios with an HDMI display.

Are you getting any beep codes? Or any beeps at all for that matter... How about diagnostic lights on the mobo.... asus boards usually have a green LED by the ram is that lighting up?

Try running the mobo out of the case and see if that works (dont set it on carpet or something dumb like that ;P)

Have a spare psu you could try?

What kinda card? If it isn't onboard try a different slot. I have had boards do that before.

My HTPC HDMI goes to Bios easy.

that could be the problem right there. you not supposed to put all of them. only install the ones that are actually required for your board.

if you put to many, and there is no actual whole for a screw in that location, the mobo can shortout with the case causing problems.

Okay tonight I put thr drives in the right spots but still o signal on tv...but pc and it all turns on
Going to have to take out some gold thingys I put em all in...

yeah, bacon12 is right, there is a chance that you could have done pernament damage to your board.
