Rotating a .MOV file

So my son gave me a smart new digital camera that also does Video. Which I tried out.

Unfortunately.... it was of his 62 year old mother on a trampoline, with her two year old granddaughter, and obviously that required a "portrait" orientation.

Now, of course, when played back, it is rotated 90 degrees anti-clockwise... :-(

Is there any way to rotate it so that she bounces up and down, instead of left-to-right ?
