The date is not set yet AFAIK, so you might want to hold on for now, because the client will most likely be updated, again and you would have to re-download the whole thing. It happened once before.

Their doing a stress test this weekend, My GF got in but its only for 3 days. I on the other hand am in the standard closed beta.

The stress test weekends are really not much fun. Then yo have all the babies crying that it is laggy and the game sucks. These tits actually believe they are there to just have fun and play the game. These are the same dorks who don't fill out the questionnaire and don't give feed back. The two betas I was in, I loaded them up with feedback.

I decided that I am not going to get the game at launch, I don't have the time currently with Skyrim and Batman:AC.

Skyrim is far better than SWTOR.

Really did enjoy it once I was able to get in and play. tried 4 classes, bounty hunter being my fav of the 4 with Jedi Consular a close second. Also tried a Sith warrior which I didn't much like and an Imp Agent that was pretty cool too. Getting at launch, already have a group of RL friends playing anyway so that should be fun.

I do have to say though, without the voice acting and the way the quests are made to feel deeper than kill x of these, collect x of those (even though they really do boil down to that really) I don't think they'd get much sales even with the SW license.

At the very least It kept me involved and wanting to see the next plot twist in the character quests, and the side quests were fun. We'll see how long it keeps my interest but digging it at the very least.

SWToR doesn't come out until 12/20, that's over a month away. I think I'll be done with Skyrim by then. Skyrim is really good but you can't really compare. Skyrim is single player and will end, SWToR is a MMO.

I lucked out and got in on the beta for this weekend. Finally I'll get to put some time in and see if I should pre-order or not.

NDA is lifted now.

I have completely enjoyed this game so far. I will be playing the Bounty Hunter. Even if you get bored of this game after a month, you will have gotten your money's worth. It simply is fun and I love the story for your class.

Going to be playing a Vanguard. I have a group of like ~7 friends all buying the game and we are going to form a guild if anyone from nvn wants to join us.
