So, after the muffled logs and the "Faster Card Animations Hyper Version" This thing is a BEAST.

It's extremely fast, now I think imma install the Hulu fix, and enjoy my time with that.

I really am surprised how much I enjoy webOS. Maybe i'll get a used pre2 at some point.

Install the F4 Phantom kernel. Now it's stupid fast. 1.8 Ghz and forces the touchpad to always use both cores.

On flash heavy sites it's about ~ 70% as good as stock I'd have to guess. For normal tasks it's not bad. I leave it on ondemand so it's not always running at full throttle. The performance improvement is very noticeable however, and for what I use the tablet for it's perfect.

Also there was an update this morning for the QuickOffice app that comes with the Touchpad. It is now called QuickOffice HD and it now lets you edit and create documents instead of just viewing them.
To update your apps you have to go into the software manager in settings. It will tell you if there are updates available.

For this platform not to have too much support, it is doing a good job pushing out updates.

CM7 is already working on the Touchpad, but some important features are still missing as the developers need to port the drivers over to the Android flavor of the linux kernel, so no public release yet.
