All the free drivers copy the trapezoid code into their source trees, so this isn't going to be "fixed" in the server. The NVIDIA driver is going to have to follow suit.

I was able to discern that myself, but was wondering when since the discussion was left dangling and nothing indicated a decision. So if the Nvidia drivers need updating to fix this issue is there an approximate release date?
