I'm going to buy these and try them out. They got a 8 rating in Maxium PC magazine

I got them and I like them. software with them is good. It's not a gimmick.

Yeap they will work for everything, you can customise anything in windows etc.

I have the Phillips Ambx Light sets and they are pretty cool and add another level of depth to gaming/movies i got them pretty cheap from a retailer having a blow on on them a year or so back

The only Issue i have is that the Ambx software/drivers that back up the hardware as i find it is a little flaky

It will sometime randomly stop working and for games not programmed to use them natively the software relies on a rendering hook system so if you use something like ENB/injectFxaa_by_some_dude to enchance your games then they will fail to start/crash due to the Ambx trying to hook the hook

Playing stuff like Deadspace I/II with the lights though totally amazing,hopefully if the cyborg lights take off we might see some better support from dev's,if you see them cheap/on offer though go grab a set
