*Added support for xserver ABI 11 (xorg-server 1.11).
*Fixed a bug that caused the GLSL built-in uniforms gl_FrontMaterial and gl_BackMaterial to not be updated properly when calling glMaterial from a display list.
*Fixed an error handling bug that caused the OpenGL driver to crash while running certain WebGL applications.
*Fixed a bug in VDPAU that caused a glibc assertion when a call to VdpDeviceCreateX11 failed in certain ways.

280.xx series is still beta.

And i must say, nvidia 275.28 is unusable wit xserver 1.11 on debian sid and xfce4.8. There are many render-errors and buttons in applications don't have borders and so on.

Same thing here. Besides the borders issue, I met gnome3 crash everytime when I run libreoffice.

I have the similar issue. GIMP will crash gnome3 and bring back the gdm3 login screen.

I've all sort of issues with new driver on Debian sid.

Checkboxes not displaying correctly (no check at all), area remaining transparent when they shouldn't, missing highlight in menu, not correctly rendered borders, a lot of details missing or misplaced. Frequent random crashes with eclipse, gimp, libreoffice...

Driver is far from being usable.

I wouldn't classify it as "NVIDIA Recommended" and I'd advise all users to stay with the old xorg and 280.13.

I've all sort of issues with new driver on Debian sid.

Checkboxes not displaying correctly (no check at all), area remaining transparent when they shouldn't, missing highlight in menu, not correctly rendered borders, a lot of details missing or misplaced. Frequent random crashes with eclipse, gimp, libreoffice...

I wouldn't classify it as "NVIDIA Recommended" and I'd advise all users to stay with the old xorg and 280.13.

I hope nvidia comes out asap with a working driver.
