Some co-workers and I were playing during lunch today and we found a huge problem with the game: you cannot do split-screen system link games in MP. So we have 2 copies of MW3 and 2 XBOXs, but when we try to do system link, you can only play 1v1. I'm assuming they are trying to force people into buying XBL but that's absolute crap. Hopefully they will fix this or maybe we were just doing it wrong.

Finally got a chance to get with some friends and co-workers in a party last night and play a few rounds of MP. Crazy fun. I'm up to level 29 right now, got some cool stuff unlocked and I'm getting better with the controller.

Coming from a PC, when you're used to Mouse/KB, it's hard to adjust to the console controllers, but it does get better. What I did was play the SP campaigns of a few games, like Halo, Gears, etc and by the time you're done with those games, it just kind of clicks and you're not so awkward with the controller.

Wow, the Type 95 is a beast! Enjoyed some MP with some coworkers tonight, pretty fun. Going to force myself to pick SP back up soon.

The gun sounds are better than they were in MW1 and 2. Still they are nothing compared to BFBC2.

Got some time yesterday and today to play some SP. Great game so far, but I'm still pretty addicted to MP.

Two little problems I have with the game so far:

1. No split screen system link, aka multiple XBOX players in a LAN environment. That's just a cheap way to make people buy XBL.

2. Only 2 player survival? Really? Why not 4? I had 4 buddies in a party the other night and we really wanted to play survival, but no.

Other than that, everything is darn close to perfection.

Got up to Level 60 last night and my K/D ratio is 0.85, not shabby for someone who jumped on a controller straight from KBM. Still having a small time getting the sensitivity right between 2 and 3 but I can tell I get better and better each time I play.

The Dead Silent perk makes a huge difference IMO. I've been able to sneak up better on other players, rather then them hearing me and waiting for me as I round a corner.

Game is still holding up, still crazy addictive. One thing I found out is that you have to play a private match in order to play Gun Game. WTF? Why is this not in the online matchmaking? Even if it was unranked, I'd still play.
