Does anybody know roughly when this patch/surprise is actually due to be release? I mean i know it today ... Any ideas on a time?
Not that i can play untill after work tonight anyway. Also anybody that does manage top get this "surprise" texture pack installed could you please leave some feedback oh now it looks compared to the Skyrim HD texture pack. ![]() Wornder if they are gonna implement DX10/11 with this texture pack too.

I'm willing to bet that they probably will not be as good as most of the 3rd party high res texures. If anything, the official high res textures (if that's what we're getting) will simply fill in the cracks like how the HD textures for Crysis 2 merely supplement the awesome textures by MaldoHD.

Oh stop your ****ing bitching. The game is amazing, they didn't have to go back and update the textures but they did. Be thankful.
A people wonder why devs are turning their backs on the PC Community, ungrateful tools. |

i think its public knowledge that companies main focus is consoles and don't pay much attention to the PC segment.
In this state of things its a major plus that bathesda is trying to support the pc community post release and they are doing very well.

Downloading now. I haven't touched any of the texture mods at Nexus as they make the game look ridiculously unnatural.
