Wink Unusual problem with Kubuntu 11.04 and GeForce 440mmx

Hello guys,
First I want to say that before I have upgrade linux from Maverick to Natty everything was fine.
I had my old Geforce 440 MX Card, with downloaded nvidia driver (NVIDIA-Linux-x86-96.43.19-pkg1.run), till now.
Well I've tryed to install driver with xserver closed. It signals that with some files there are problems - but it install the driver. By the way I give him correct path to kernel sources (linux-headers-2.6.38-22-generic.

Problem is when I try to run my xserver - then I have this frustrating error:
Screen(s) found but none have usable configuration
Here is how my Screen section in xorg.conf looks:

Section "Device"
Identifier "Device0"
Driver "nvidia"
Busid "PCI:1:0:0"
VendorName "NVIDIA Corporation"

Section "Screen"
Identifier "Screen0"
Device "Device0"
Monitor "Monitor0"
DefaultDepth 24
SubSection "Display"
Depth 24
Modes "1600x1200" "1280x1024" "1024x768" "800x600" "640x480"

I dont use method accorded with downloading by apt some packages like nvidia-current- I tryed few times with same result.
I'll be thankful for any suggestion

go to synaptic and remove current drivers.

Then in a terminal

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-x-swat/x-updates

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install nvidia-current nvidia-current-modaliases nvidia-settings
