DFP&CRT Twinview not working on Ti4200

I've got an MSI Ti 4200, a Planar 19" LCD, and an Iiyama 21" CRT. Individually, each works with the video card. However, when I try to connect them both with Twinview, neither works with both the 1.0.4363 and 1.0.4496 versions of the driver.

At the end of my log file, I see:

(EE) NVIDIA(0): Failed to read mapping of display devices to CRTCs
(II) UnloadModule: "nvidia"
(II) UnloadModule: "vgahw"
(II) Unloading /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/libvgahw.a
(EE) Screen(s) found, but none have a usable configuration.

When searching this forum, I found a message that stated that mixed mode (DFP and CRT) may not be supported by the driver with some cards. Is this true?

Full specs:

• Card: MSI Ti4200
• Driver versions tried: 1.0.4363 and 1.0.4496 (log is provided for 1.0.4496)
• Distribution: Gentoo
• Video BIOS: 04.28.20.05.11
• Processor: PIII 850MHz
• Motherboard: Asus P2B-LS
