Thumbs down Linux Kernel compilation

Hi

I have installed Linux 8.0 with Kernel version 2.4.18-14 and gcc compiler version 3.2.

I am trying to build my own module on this, so I will have to edit menuconfig.

Before doing this I tried to do a make modules on my machine, it was not successful. It gave me errors as below

I have attached the error file err.log with this

Please could any one suggest me is there any other settings to do a make modules succesfully.

Thanks & Best Regards

Aravind
