You can find them for a lot cheaper used on ebay. the good thing about them is that they either work or they don't so buying used is usually ok. I've got 3 of em. One for my music gear at our band's practice area, one for my computer stuff at my house and one at my office.

The first one is perfect but can I mount it under my desk ?

yeh it has the mounting slots under the brick so you'd measure the distance between those two mounting points, screw in 2 small screws that will catch/hang the box and then hang it upside down on under the desk.
