I successfully installed the latest nVidia drivers and can boot into KDE on the latest non-beta Red Hat. The problem is that there are several mostly green little pixels on the screen that shake a bit. They are mostly on the right side of the screen.
I have an LCD and I think that the sync is correct. The resolution is right. Also, I have a dual-boot with XP and the screen looks fine there. This problem only started after I installed the nVidia driver. It worked fine with generic driver. Any ideas on what could be the problem? Thanks from a Linux newbie. |

Maybe you are clocking the LCD too fast. Try setting 60Hz vertical refresh rate.

You' were right. Setting the refresh to 60 fixed it. Many thanks.
