Question Will barton use sse2 instructions?

I've heard rumors in the past about barton having hammer optimizations.Could sse2 be it?What do you think?

As far as I know, while they own the rights to SSE2, they don't go into effect until the end of the year.
Note the 'As far as I know' bit...
So they could put it on the core but not enable it until a later BIOS update or something.
Same thing was suspected of Clawhammer.

Note that this is not official info, just random speculation I read a while back...
