Default Which GPU should I choose?

i am stuck between several GPU options should I go for dual gtx 560ti, dual radeon hd 6870 or maybe a more powerful single card such as the Radeon HD 6970 or the gtx 590 or gtx 580

please can you tell me which is the best option performance wise and best value for money
also my motherboard can run SLi and crossfire

I would with the GTX 560Ti unless you have enough power supply for two GTX 480's.

For $249 and $500 for two of them which is a great price ,The 560Ti would use less power and not be as loud but two GTX 480 would be almost as fast as a Pair of GTX 580's
