The 670 is the better choice of the two. I'm just simply amazed by the Gigabyte version. It's winter here, and my card is currently idling at 24°c. I've got it overclocked to 1250/6500 with no problems at all. There is a little bit more headroom for overclocking, but I like to leave a bit and choose a nice round number.
