Why there is no 'banned' tag with a banned user

I just noticed that a member called rokzy is currently banned, but it doesn't say so under his name on his posts. Is this normal? Just asking because I thought it would normally be clearly stated 'banned' when someone is banned.

I think normally a banned title does appear under their username, I'll have a gander.

Well you are right indeed, I have no clue why it doesnt have it under his name though

not sure if anyone cares, but i think since he had a custom tag that could effect it.
