Exclamation help Seagate Momentus XT ST750LX003 ?

hi...
I have a Toshiba Satellite Laptop Model L755 and I want to replace the hard disk containing the Toshiba Hard Disk rotation speeds of 5400rpm and Memory 8 MB and I want to replace the HDD with two options:
1- The first option ADATA SSD S511 240GB
2- The second option is the hybrid Seagate Momentus XT ST750LX003 750GB / 7200 rpm / 32mb/8GB caches.
Iknow that the former is faster than the second can not compare but the space is said to distinguish this hybrid hard I have read several articles on the Internet says that after a hard test for the asymptotic performance of the SSD.
Is this true if the answer is true why people buy SSD?
Boot Windows in the tests was very close to the hard SSD but written off after the eighth or fourth off so that the take-off late the first and the second fastest and third fastest, and so that up to the eighth off, what does this mean?
Please answer me that anyone who has this hard or knows anything about it with profound appreciation and respect.
My laptop TOSHIBA SATELLITE Ci7 2670QM / 8GB RAM / 640GB HDD / GEFORCE GT 525M.
By the way dos my laptop motherboard supports SATA3 ?

The Seagate Momentus is a hybrid hard drive that has a portion of SSD NAND memory on it. It allows you to have the most used programs on the SSD portion of the drive for fast boots / loading. As well as storage space for lots of files on the disk portion of the drive.

A SSD is a full flash memory solution, where all the files are on a extremely fast low latency solution which provides the fastest performance avaliable.

With your laptop you want to ensure that if you choose the seagate momentus that the increased heat output will not cause a issue. The 7200rpm spindle speeds will heat up the drive a little more. If your going to be saving lots of content i'd say go with a disk based solution. If you just want a fast machine go with a SSD. my Asus G74S laptop i currently have has 1 - 500GB 7200RPM + 1 60GB corsair Force GT SSD in it. the SSD makes a world of difference in windows speeds.

Your laptop supports 2nd generation i7 processors, so it should have SATA3 ports. Now, I can't tell if your main drive is connected to it without looking at the manufacturer's specs.

The Momentus uses a small SSD as a cache attached to a bigger classic HDD. The problem is the size of the cache (8GB). Only the most often used files can be in that cache. All the rest will be loaded from the HDD. This what those 4th/8th try mean on your test graph. The files used for booting will be placed in the SSD cache as the PC reboots, as they are currently the files used the most (if all you do is boot your PC, the files used to boot will be placed in the cache). This is a best case scenario and unlikely to happen in real life, as you usually do more with your computer than just boot.

So, it will be slower than the pure SSD on average, but it will be both cheaper and allow for more storage. It is a pretty good compromise generally.

Maybe because your question is unreadable? Try Google Translate.
