Conflict Desert Storm demo impressions

anyone else here try the coflict:desert storm demo? game intro movie looks great...and first mission of single player is good. my only gripe is that i wish they made the movement and aimability (when prone)of "bradley" a little better. what do you guys think about it? if you havent downloaded it and need to know where to get it at ... both the adrenelin vault and 3dgamers have it on their sites (released 9-12-02) ..i think it is 70mb.*** one little hint: crawling and going prone helps alot to hide from enemy vehicles when needed.

I looked at it, but never tried it...doing other things now like Mafia and UT2003 demo, good enough to get?

yes matty...i would say desert storm demo is worth trying. i still have not completed it yet,and now that ut2003 is out ive been trying that. ut 2003 is good but i dont think it is great...i like the look and movement of the older ut. the new ut2003 looks like fred flinstone/bedrock maps and the models move too fast. i also think older guns were better and the new models are too big in size/proportion. the ball resucing/capture idea was pretty good gameplay,but it gets old quick. as far as graphics...all my games look good on a ti 4600...lol. i think ill buy mafia and im still waiting for no one lives forever 2.

I got the game..Its defintely worth trying the demo..Its a fun 3rd person army shooter game..all takes place in IRAQ

Graphix are pretty good..Story line is ok so far..

woohoo..i made it to the end of the demo and i must say "wow...what a challenge!"...graphics great..sound is great...gameplay is really really hard...lol, but a good challenge, almost as challenging as RTCW & MOHAA...i took a break from the ut2003 mayhem because i was so intensed into this game. control keys are a little tricky at first to get use to but i found default key settings to be the best option. even this desert storm games website is cool..check it out(if on a fast connection) www.conflict.com (dont skip the intro) www.gogamer.com has it for $34.90

anyone else been playing this lately? it is really good? matthyahuw??? id like to have the rocket launcher from this game and use it in ut2003..then i could kill 8 guys at once and get ball right in there (in bombing run map)...lol..why do they call it bombing run if you're carrying a ball? makes no sense.
