Default xorg memory leak?

Hello!

I use FreeBSD 9.0-RELEASE i386, with integrated nVidia card C61 "GeForce 6150SE nForce 430". nVidia drivers 302.17 installed. xorg-server-1.7.7_5,1 compiled from ports.
KDE 4.8.4 is used as desktop. Resolution is 1920x1080.
Problem: Xorg process raises its size. Now it consumes 344Mb resident and 437Mb virtual. It will consume up to 700Mb resident and several Gb virtual if I will not restart it.

Is this problem of nVidia driver or xorg itself or KDE or my system?
What should I do to locate problem?

Thank you!
