See any issues with these parts before I order them? Or have better suggestions for the same price or cheaper? I don't plan to overclock or run SLI.

yea you are better off getting an 8gb ram kit. 2x4gb for $50 or less. It'll save you some dough.

Thank you very much for the feedback. Seems there are a lot of memory compatibility issues with 1155 motherboards. Most common problem I see is "its not compatible memory with that motherboard". Do you think I should be concerned with that?

You can get a better proc for cheaper here:
http://www.microcenter.com/single_pr...uct_id=0388577 That's an i5 3570K for $190 I've had mixed feelings for BIOSTAR. They are usually the cheapest option, but I've had marginal stability with the AM2+ board I got from them. I'm a bigger fan of ASUS (but they are more expansive) or ASROCK (not much more expansive, but better in my opinion). 2x4GB for RAM is definitely the current sweet spot for price.
