Need advice on overclocking part

Hello every one I am looking for a motherboard and a processor that I can overclock ....here is the catch it has to be very inexpensive and I don't care how old it is(3,5,8 years old) I just need it to overclock am working on a project and its for testing purposes

are you looking at new or used stuffs?
not many in the latest ones can be dubbed both cheap and good overclockers.
Older ones... you can probably find some. I probably still have a Celeron 300A, those would overclock to 450, but no motherboard of the time had as good control as the modern ones.
The first Opterons used to overclock quite well and can probably found for cheap on ebay.
