Heads up: Sync-to-vblank is enabled by default

Starting with the next release series after 295.*, we will be turning on the OpenGL sync-to-vblank option by default. Please keep this in mind when configuring your computer, because it may affect benchmark performance.

Please note that nvidia-settings saves the current setting in ~/.nvidia-settings-rc. This means that even after the default is changed, loading nvidia-settings may still disable it if you have "SyncToVBlank=0" in your .nvidia-settings-rc file.

This is enabled by default now in 302.07.
