Default Graphical errors: broken card?

I currently have a GTX570 which is cooled (for several months now) with an Accelero Xtreme Plus cooler. Temps idle are around 36C, under load seldom above 50C. So temps seem ok to me. Problem is, I recently started getting these strange graphical errors like geometry sticking out of models (see the spike out of the chars back - http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/54...AADBB574CC606/), flickering textures and other strange graphical errors.

Tried two latest certified drivers from nvidia, and the latest beta driver, same results. Any idea what could be causing this? Is my card dying?
