Default RacerX for raising OC limit on HD6950?

Has anyone here used this? Would it work with newer drivers? Is there another way apart from flashing?

I want to push this thing before I move on.

I think you'll have to be a bit more explicit on what you mean by "RacerX". At least In my case, I don't have a clue as to what it is.
A quick google search does not seem to return anything relevant.
Can you include a link?

wouldn't MSI afterburner be a better OC tool either way?

This racerx thing just removes the limit, Its not an overclocking tool.

Is there another way to remove the limit using new drivers without flashing? Having read those posts I don't think its worth the risk.
